Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix crushed cornflakes and margarine; top the mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
