Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt optional
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- Parmesan grated cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw frozen hash browns. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
