Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- hash brown potatoes - 32 oz
- finely chopped onion optional - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar or American cheese - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Combine potatoes with sour cream, soup, onion, melted margarine and cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
