Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- large potatoes - 5 item
- cheese - 1 item
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Peel, slice and boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain. Mix soup, sour cream and onions until smooth. Layer potatoes, then soup mix and potatoes with soup mix on top in a casserole dish.Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375°. Put a layer of cheese on and top with a layer of stuffing. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
