  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • bag frozen hash browns - 1 item
  • cup onion, chopped - 3/4 item
  • cup bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • Mozzarella, shredded - 8 oz
  • jar Hormel bacon Bits - 1 item
  • pound ham, chopped - 1 item
  • cans cream of potato soup - 2 item

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon mixture into 2- 9x13 inch pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Freezes well.
