  • powdered sugar - 2 lb
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • medium red or white potato, baked or boiled until done - 1 item

How to make potato candy:

Mix potatoes and sugar like pie crust. Roll out and spread peanut butter as thick as you like. Roll like jelly rolls and slice. Put nuts on top if you like.
