Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- raspberry vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- portabella mushrooms, cleaned and dried - 10 item
- sliced shallots - 1 Tbsp
How to make portabella mushrooms:
Saut mushrooms, shallots and garlic in butter and olive oil for 6 to 7 minutes. Add raspberry vinegar and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Top with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Side dish, Mushroom, Main dish.
