Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1/4 lb
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- each - 2 pork
- water, divided - 1 c
How to make pork tenderloin:
Brown pork in heavy skillet. Remove and place in oblong baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water to skillet and onions, mushroom and celery. Saute until tender. Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon flour, add to vegetables. Stir until thickened. Pour veggies over meat, cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until fork-tender. Serves 5 to 6.
