Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
- can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops. Using oil from the chops, liberally grease a casserole dish. Line dish with rice; cover with undiluted soup and add milk. Place chops on top. Cover. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
