Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- pork chops - 4 item
- can fried onion rings - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops in skillet. Salt and pepper each. Remove from skillet. Pour in soup and heat. Mix in other ingredients (reserve 1/2 can onion rings). Put chops in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour soup mixture over chops; cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover; top with remaining onions and brown for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
