Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork chops - 4 item
- grated American cheese - 1 item
- thin sliced potatoes - 4 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Season and brown pork chops on both sides. Arrange potatoes in 2-quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
