Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
- to 4 potatoes - 3 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Place pork chops in casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup and water over chops and mix around with spoon. Slice potatoes and place them around chops. Cut up onion and place around potatoes and meat. Bake in 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.For 6 to 8 pork chops, use 2 cans soup, 1 to 1 1/2 cups water and a medium onion.
