Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 4 tsp
- catsup - 2 c
- Worcestershire - 1/2 c
- pork loin roast - 4 lb
- large onions, cut fine - 2 item
How to make pork barbecue:
Note: Double ingredients for larger amounts.Cook pork until done. Cool. Shred lean only and add other ingredients and simmer until onions are done. Serve on buns and top with slaw.
