  • salt
  • hot water - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • fat - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • cooked rice - 1/2 c

How to make porcupine meatballs:

In a bowl, combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well and shape into 12 balls. Brown balls in hot fat in heavy frypan. Add tomato soup and water. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours over low heat until nice and tender.
