Ingredients/Components
- salt
- hot water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
In a bowl, combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well and shape into 12 balls. Brown balls in hot fat in heavy frypan. Add tomato soup and water. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours over low heat until nice and tender.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
