Plum sauce


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- plums - 1/2 gal
How to make plum sauce:
Have enough boiling water to cover plums. Add plums to the boiling water. Return to boil and boil 5 minutes. Drain and add plums to all other ingredients. Cook to desired consistency. Place in sterilized jars and seal. Sauce is good served with pork, chicken and turkey.Recipe categories: Fruit, Plums, Pitted fruits.
