Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- maple syrup - 1/4 c
- blueberries
- purple plums - 4 item
- white flour - 3/4 c
- apple juice - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of ginger - 1 item
- Cut in oil and margarine
- nectarines - 3 item
How to make plum berry crisp:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in oil and margarine. Pour in apple juice and mix. Set aside.Fruit Filling:3 ripe peaches3 nectarines4 purple plums1 1/2 c. blueberries1/4 c. maple syrup3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp. nutmeg pinch of ginger1/4 tsp. cinnamon Cut fruit into wedges. Add rest of ingredients and toss to combine. Place in a 2-quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 375° oven.
