  • flour - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 2 tsp
  • liquid cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
  • unflavored Kool-Aid - 1 pkg

How to make play dough:

Combine all ingredients. Heat over medium heat and stir until mixture forms a soft ball. Put on wax paper and knead.
