Pita bread



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water 110~
How to make pita bread:
Dissolve yeast in water and stir in honey and salt. Mix all ingredients together. Knead dough for several minutes and then cut into 8 pieces. Knead each piece several minutes. Roll or shape into 5-inch round pieces about 1/2-inch thick. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 500° for 8 minutes. Makes 8 pita breads.
