- powdered sugar - 3 c
- soft butter - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- drops green cake coloring - 2 item
- small bottle club soda - 1 item
How to make pistachio cake:
Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. soft butter2 drops green cake coloring1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar Mix and bake at 350° about 45 minutes in a tube pan.For icing: Mix and spread on cake.
