Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- 9-inch pie shells - 3 item
- pinto beans - 1 c
- small can coconut - 1 item
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
- bean juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make pinto bean pie:
Mash beans and juice into paste. Mix together all ingredients except nuts. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until top browns.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
