- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- walnut halves - 1 item
- can sliced pineapple, drained save juice - 1 oz
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat margarine in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish or pan in oven until melted. Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine. Arrange pineapple on top of mixture. Decorate with walnut halves and maraschino cherries. Prepare cake mix as dRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
