Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- finely chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- minced onions - 2 Tbsp
- minced green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Beat cream cheese with fork; add other ingredients, saving some pecans to cover unmolded ball. Place in bowl and chill overnight. Makes exactly enough to fill a large Cool Whip container. Unmold to serve and sprinkle reserved pecans all over. ServeRecipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
