  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 18 oz
  • bite size bran squares

How to make pineapple carrot bread:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and lightly flour an 8 1/2 x 4-inch loaf pan. Combine the eggs, oil, carrot, pineapple, vanilla, sugar and cereal in a large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and walnut
