Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour
- Cool Whip - 1 pkg
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- frozen coconut - 1 c
- large can pineapple with juice - 1 item
How to make pineapple cake:
Sift flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Add Crisco, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cake cool in pan. Top with pineapple, chopped nuts and Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Let cake set before serving. Very good!Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
