  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • self-rising flour
  • Cool Whip - 1 pkg
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • frozen coconut - 1 c
  • large can pineapple with juice - 1 item

How to make pineapple cake:

Sift flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Add Crisco, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cake cool in pan. Top with pineapple, chopped nuts and Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Let cake set before serving. Very good!
