- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- yellow butter cake mix - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- tub Cool Whip - 1 (4
- Add eggs 1 at a time
How to make pig cake:
Blend together cake mix, butter, vanilla and orange juice until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat mixture 4 minutes at high speed. Drain oranges and crush. Add to mixture, beating only enough to mix oranges. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.Icing:1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 tsp. vanilla1 (4 1/2 oz.) tub Cool Whip1/2 c. powdered sugar Drain pineapple; mix juice with pudding mix.
