Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- persimmon pulp - 1 c
- Add egg and pulp
How to make persimmon bars:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg and pulp. Next add flour, spice and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Cool.
