  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • pecan pieces - 2 c

How to make pecan pralines:

Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring constantly, until soft ball stage (235°). Remove from heat. Add pecans and vanilla. Stir until thick. Drop onto foil.
