Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pecan halves
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- light or dark corn syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
In a large bowl, stir eggs, syrup, sugar, oleo and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
