Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pecans
- white or dark Karo syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and syrup. Stir well. Add pecans, pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Double recipe makes 3 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
