Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- sage - 1 tsp
- large diced onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed crackers - 2 c
- pecans pieces or meal - 1 c
- salt, Accent and garlic to taste - 1 item
How to make pecan balls:
Cream together cream cheese and eggs; stir in remaining ingredients, except soup. Let sit to thicken. Form balls with a mixture about the size of walnuts. Brown in skillet, turning often. To warm, simmer in mushroom soup.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
