Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 1/2
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 1/2
- jar crunchy or smooth peanut butter - 1 oz
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Melt butter over low heat in a 3-quart saucepan. Add milk and sugar; mix well. Boil for 3 minutes; remove from burner. Add Marshmallow Creme and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Cool approximately 1 hour before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
