Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- oats - 1 c
- Add eggs; beat well
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add eggs; beat well. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to butter mixture gradually. Spread thin in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cookie pan. Cook at 375° for about 14 minutes. When cool, frost.Frosting:6 Tbsp. butter1 box confectioners sugar1/4 c. milk1 1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. peanut butter dash of salt Mix together.
