Ingredients/Components
- cup brown sugar - 1/2 item
- egg beaten - 1 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/4 item
- teaspoon cinnamon - 1/2 item
- tablespoon butter - 1 item
- tablespoon lemon juice - 1 item
- pastry for 1 9inch double crust pie
- cups peaches peeled cored and sliced - 7 item
How to make peach pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9 inch pie pan with unbaked dough. Trim edges. Mix peaches, brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon and salt together until well combined. Pour into pie shell and dot with butter. Cover pie with top crust and crimp edges. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 50 mins or so.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
