Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- ripe peaches, peeled and cut up - 8 item
- peach brandy or nectar - 1/2 c
- Pour into a greased glass 13 x 9-inch pan or dish
- peach nectar or milk - 1/2 c
How to make peach cobbler:
In a saucepan, heat thoroughly the butter and sugar; add rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased glass 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.Crust:1/2 stick butter1/2 c. sugar1 c. all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. peach nectar or milk1/2 tsp. salt Mix ingredients together and spoon on top of peaches.
