Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- peaches - 2 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Mix peaches and 1/2 cup of sugar and set aside. Set oven to 350°. Put margarine in deep baking dish and set in oven to melt. Make batter of other ingredients and pour over melted margarine; do not stir. Put sugared peaches on top of batter; do not stir. Bake until crust is light brown. Peaches will sink to bottom.
