  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1 item
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • ground allspice - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced, peeled peaches - 3 c
  • fresh blueberries - 1 c
  • pastry for double crust pie - 1 item
  • cinnamon-sugar - 1 item

How to make peach blueberry pie:

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and allspice. Add the peaches and blueberries; toss gently. Line pie plate with bottom crust. Add the filling. Dot with butter. Top with a lattice crust. Brush crust with milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool.

Note: Frozen fruit may be used if it is well drained.
