Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- frozen peas - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onions - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- head lettuce - 1 item
- cooked bacon bits - 1 c
How to make pea salad:
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Layer lettuce, onions, celery and peas. Cover with mayonnaise. Cover with cheese and bacon bits. Cover dish with aluminum foil; refrigerate overnight. Use a 10-inch square dish (2-quart).Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
