Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1/4 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne - 1 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 8 oz
- vegie-sal - 1 Tbsp
- rotini, cooked and cooled - 8 oz
- cucumber, peeled and diced remove seeds - 1 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sliced radishes to your liking - 1 item
- red bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- yellow bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, diced - 2 item
- balsamic vinegar
How to make pasta salad:
Dressing:1 c. balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp. vegie-sal1 Tbsp. garlic powder1 Tbsp. dry mustard1 tsp. oregano1 c. salad oil1 tsp. cayenne1/4 c. parsley flakes1 Tbsp. basil Dressing: Mix and let sit overnight.Mix pasta with dressing. Let sit for a few hours and serve.
