Pasta primavera with shrimp



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- whipping cream
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
- fettucine - 12 oz
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- large cooked shrimp
- broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained - 5 c
How to make pasta primavera with shrimp:
Cook fettucine in salted water to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with hot water. In large skillet melt margarine; saut?© onion and garlic until tender. Add shrimp and saut?© 2 to 3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet; keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons margarine and whipping cream to skillet; heat until margarine melts. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. In large saucepan combine fettucine, broccoli, and cream mixture; cook until thoroughly heated. Place on warm serving platter; spoon shrimp over top.
