  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1 lb
  • to 5 medium potatoes - 4 item
  • Polish sausage - 1 pkg

How to make party potatoes:

Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Slice potatoes, sausage and onion thin then layer. Cover with sliced or grated Velveeta. Cover with soup. Then cover with foil and bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
