Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- brown sugar
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item
- extra lean ground beef - 2 lb
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- bottle chili sauce - 1 item
- bottle water - 1 item
- well-drained sauerkraut - 1 c
How to make party meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 can whole cranberry sauce1 bottle chili sauce1 bottle water1 c. well-drained sauerkraut Mix meatball ingredients and form into small balls. Place in a long shallow 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Drain off all fat. While meatballs are cooking, combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.Pour over well drained meatballs and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until sauce cooks down. Can be baked at 325° for a longer period of time to allow sauce to cook down.
