Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- or 9 large potatoes - 5 lb
- butter or more to taste - 2 Tbsp
How to make party mashed potatoes:
Peel and dice potatoes. Cook until done. Then mash until smooth. Add butter. Mix in well. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Then put in 13 x 9-inch baking pan and serve. You can also freeze. Garnish with parsley to serve.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Potato.
