  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • garlic salt optional - 1 item
  • carton sour cream with chives - 1 item
  • to 10 potatoes, boiled and mashed - 8 item

How to make party mashed potatoes:

Mix together and place in buttered casserole dish. (I use a 9 x 13-inch pan.) Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serves 10 to 12.
