Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- finely chopped pecans - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped green onion optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make party cheese ball:
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and dash of cayenne pepper. Mix well. Mixture will be very thick. Shape into a round ball and roll around in chopped pecans until well coated. Chill for several hours before serving with crackers or your favorite veggies.
