Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 1 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt
- unpeeled large Russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each - 4 item
How to make parmesan fries:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease cookie sheet. In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt. Brush potato wedges with margarine and place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle wedges with cheese to coat. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ketchup, barbecue sauce or melted cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
