Ingredients/Components
- stalks celery - 2 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- large chicken breast - 1 item
- salt and white pepper - 1 item
- medium sized cabbage - 1/8 item
- medium size carrot, cut in 1/4-inch circles - 1 item
- canton noodles - 1/2 lb
How to make pancit canton:
Cut chicken breast in small pieces. Saute the garlic, onion and chicken breast and cook about 3/4 done. Add 1/4 cup of water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, cabbage, carrot and celery. Cover and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Place canton noodles in; stir. Salt and white pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 3 more minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shrimp, Chicken breast.
