- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- milk, scalded - 4 c
- oysters - 2 c
How to make oyster stew:
Cover oysters with water. Simmer until edges curl. Skim. Pour into milk. Add butter. Season to taste. Serve with a dash of paprika. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Stew.
