Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- grated cheese
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- 1/2 dozen eggs - 1 item
How to make oven omelet:
Heat oven to 325. In oven, melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, salt and milk until well blended.
