Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- fish - 1 item
- Bread Crumbs:1 loaf French bread without egg yolks
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Vegex - 1 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
How to make oven fried fish:
Bread Crumbs:1 loaf French bread (without egg yolks)1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese1 tsp. Vegex1 Tbsp. parsley flakes Bread Crumbs: Crumble French bread in food processor. Lay crumbs on baking tray covered with foil; bake until crisp, about 30 minutes, at 325°. Process crumbs until consistency of dry bread crumbs. Add remaining ingredients. Makes about 1 cup.Beat egg whites slightly; dip fish in egg whites, then in bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Note: Alternate by using 3 1/2 ounces skinned, boneless chicken breast.
Per Serving (3 1/2 Ounce): 130 Calories.
