Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- molasses - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 2 tsp
- green onions - 4 item
- rice wine - 1 Tbsp
- clove crushed garlic - 1 item
- shredded green cabbage - 6 c
- shredded red cabbage - 2 c
- Ramen noodles - 1 pkg
- skinless chicken breasts - 8 oz
- fresh grated ginger - 1 Tbsp
- flavor packet from Ramen noodles - 1 item
How to make oriental salad:
Dressing:3 Tbsp. vinegar1 dash of salt1/2 tsp. pepper2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger1 flavor packet from Ramen noodles1 Tbsp. oil2 Tbsp. sugar Chicken Sauce:2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. molasses1 clove crushed garlic1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger1 Tbsp. rice wine Cut chicken into bite sized chunks and stir-fry in Chicken Sauce until done (3 to 5 minutes).Stir together dressing ingredients. Make salad in layers: green and red cabbage, green onions, Ramen noodles, chicken, almonds and sesame seeds. Drench dressing over all.
